Hey Guys,
Oldy/Newby here. Played Civ I and II when they came out, but never got serious about it.
I just got Civ 4 a few weeks back and am trying to master it, so been reading here a bunch, and it has helped a lot. I can at least win Noble games now!!
Ya'll use a great deal of terms and acronyms here that mean zilch to me. Is there a thread that has a nice explanation of the common ones?
For example:
CE vs SE: I think this is Coin economy vs Specialist economy? and if so a brief explanation.
Whipping - this means sacrifice city pop to rush a unit, like a worker or settler?
Any and all feedback is Much appreciated!
