Is there a way to get ride of the 3d heads. Cause id like 2d better easyer to edit and i can coppie any pic of the net and replacethe 3d with the 2dhead. i want to try and stick my own head there . from a web cam for fun ofc

Well um idk actully i just wnt to try to put my own 2d of me pic in there just not 3d can any dds file work cause the way they have it is 3d but when i use gimp its all scrambled picture cause i might put my x gf there and in the country have her rebel and take half the country in a splite lol jking

This pack replaces all 52 animated leaderheads with static ones. I hope it will help those players, who have video problems with animated LHs or just dont like them. Images of the leaders based on in-game screenshots. Components: 53 .dds images + СIV4ArtDefines_LeaderHead.xml.

Installation:

BtS: Unpack to your CustomAssets folder.

For the likes of me i cant figur out where the to put these i put the in the folder but ingame there all pink lol a big pink screen comes up whn i talk to russia
