I am running Rise of Mankind on a machine that far exceeds system requirements. I get to the late game on larger maps and the game crashes. Usually as the entire map is becoming visible. Any help would be great

You are running into a memory allocation fault, or MAF error. There are some fixes, but RoM is a huge mod and takes up a lot of RAM. Try searching the site for "MAF error". You should find some resources to help you solve or at least reduce the problem. The 4 GB Patch is one of them. Try searching the site for that one too.
