Civ traits

If I understood arkammler right he meant that a civ did not just have 2 traits (as now) but 2 advantageous traits + 2 disadvantageous traits, e.g. Egypt would be Industrious and Religious like now (advantageous traits) but it also would be inward-looking ("anti-expansionist") and economically centralised ("anti-commercial"), that is Expansionist and Commercial would be the disadvantageous traits bringing penalties related to those areas.

Nice idea. Would require the creating of suitable penalties and then some very careful balancing.
 
I go for
Naval, +1 attack to all ships
civic, cheaper terrain improvements ( less truns)
