Civ V GOTY Redeemable on Steam?

Just a quick question, does anybody know if Civ V game of the year edition is redeemable on Steam?

I know that the reg version is, just don't know about GOTY.

Redeemable as in 'getting back your money'?
I don't know, but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't, if that does work for other games as well.

If you mean does it work on/use steam then yes. All versions need steam, you can't play without it so wherever you buy from, it will use steam.

It requires Steamworks (achievements, dlc, extra features for developers), which means you have to add it to your Steam account. Some games only have Steamworks if you buy them on Steam but can be bought and played on other digital download services without Steamworks. Civ 5 is not one of those.
