Because why not. Votes are +1, -3. Because this will clearly take forever, every unit is going to start at 10 points instead of the standard 20.

If you were playing a perfectly Vanilla civ, some units are still going to be better than others. What units do you find yourself using a lot, and which units are basically skippable?
