Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

Not sure which mod caused this, but...

That's a volcano on Ubsunur Hollow, the latter which is now 75% smaller (only 1 tile) and appearing on a grassland tile.

Can you still sail ships through it?
I'd expect so. Based on how roads work, I'm pretty sure the game just marks tiles as "canal" or "no canal" and lets ships enter any tile with a canal, with the visual connections being purely aesthetic.

It sure felt good locking in his harbor like this. Though since we are allies, it's not all that effective. But it serves him right for forward settling me. He should know better to forward settle Eleanor. Though I haven't been able to put any pressure on his city. With the city state up there, I can only get one city to exert pressure, it's not enough. And my theater square isn't in a good spot so I can't put Bolshoi next to it. I wanted this to be an Alhambra city since it would be my only encampment city, hence the weird city placement (was the only placement that could reach a hill tile).

Whoops, I just checked, I am giving him another +3 to his commercial hub. I guess he gets the last laugh. The goal now will be to flood it.

Fairly sure that you have to be the owner of districts to get adjacency bonuses no?

What is the adjacency bonus from that Harbor you own?

I moused over that tile, he's getting+7 for that commercial hub. Almost flipped it, but he put a governor in there.

Take out the governor, build a water park/theater district and take it over.

I routinely take over my allies as Eleanor.

Now that I think of it I think it's only District adjacency bonus that needs to be your own, i.e the 1 per every 2 districts. Or they changed it so you now get bonuses from adjacent districts no matter who owns them.

Complete with beaches, palm trees, and swimming pools

It's a lovely view of the ocean. If thinks get really bad, they will have to use a ladder to get up to their boats.

The Khmer wanted a harbour with access to the Giant's Causeway. Unfortunately, that backfired, since the citizens of Vimayapura were unable to resist the allure of Eleanor.
