Why? she’s too modern, was an incredibly controversial leader and conducted an evil mandatory sterilization program. She would never be in civ, and for good reason

Because Nuclear Gandhi must live on~ (with a leader who actually *deserves* the reputation) Besides, being evil never stopped other leaders (Stalin, Mao, Genghis Khan) from getting in.

You can replace her with the Mughals under Nur Jahan if you must :p

I just hope CIV VII don't have always much more white civs then all other nations together.

I mean besides the Zulu, the Mongols, and Aztec most of the large empires have been white. British, Roman, Macedonian, Danish, Spanish, German (I know they were evil at the time). America is one of the best as it kinda represents everyone.
I'd like to add that I mean no offense to anyone and I am just stating facts.

(Side note medieval/classical/renaissance Europe and 1700/1800s Americas are my favorite time periods to study so I personally love the civs from those eras. America, Cree, German, Greek, Roman, Spanish, Macedonian, Norse, English, French ect. I'd love to see more natives and 700s-1000s Europe as well. Mohawk, Saxon, Britons, Powhatan, ect.)

The way this game is set, America just represented the white people. All the unique units and leaders in all Civilization series always shows just the white heritage in USA nation. Also, when I try to argue in this forum about the Native American heritage in USA, all user desagree with me, because they thought USA as a pure white society.
The civil war had black troops, it can be a Unique Unit. Black Panthers, Mahowak Rifle club, both can be units for USA. But not, that time is the Cowboys, last time the Minuteman, always just remember the white heritage of America. Also, all USA leaders was white, why Roosevelt who kill Cubans and Native Americans deserve to be a leader and Barack Obama not?
