If this is the kind of ... they prioritize for the game, I have officially lost all respect for and faith in the current developer team.

While this definitely leaves me wondering who asked for this, it's worth noting this wasn't developed by Firaxis and is lateral to the development of the game proper. I do think launching on multiple platforms probably hurt Civ7, but this particular platform was done by a third party.

I assume the regular compatibility and crossplay features between platforms don't apply to this. However, it would be good to have this mentioned explicitly.

Looking through the trailer, there's also what looks like futuristic, fourth-age infrastructure (but is more likely just placeholder assets or smth that probably wasnt meant to be in shown footage lol)
