Civ with C2C and Windows 10

Does Civ4 with C2C works on Windows 10? Because I don't know if I can upgrade Windows from 8.1 to 10.

I just bought a brand new PC with Windows 10, and it runs actually better and just to say, make sure u have a SSD drive.
