CIV3 ethics test

Would it be ethical to take all the new units that will be included in the PTW expansion pack and just post them here on the CivFanatics forums so everyone can download them for free, if Firaxis has not released these units in a Free Patch for all users of CIV3 that have not purchased the expansion pack?

I would like it if a person did, but you can't. That's ripping Firaxis off. I don't think anybody should do it.

This is a really dopey thread...it's like saying having someone buy a Ford in 1998, and come back five years later and say "I want the newer model for free because I bought the old one."

Not going to happen. The legal and moral implications put any such idea out of the question.

Since debating the ethical nature of such a decision would be decidedly off-topic for this particular forum, this thread will be closed. It's not open for discussion.
