1)Indonesia needs to be bigger
I'll check my atlases and decide upon that.
2)Britain swings west too much.
Any suggestions on how to combat this. Personnally I think the changes I've made to naval movement will do this well.
3)Needs specific units for individual civs to make a realistic outcome in terms of strength.
Absolutely.
4)Question, so what civs we talking about in this new version?
Of course you will have the option to play the Mongols, Spanish, Koreans, Arabs, Vikings Carthaginians and Celts in addition to the Vanilla Civs, but I am hopefully going to add the Incas and Polynesians. I will be crippling some civs to make the mod interesting as different civilizations will play the game differently and be obviously of greater difficulty. To play the Vikings I'd think to be a particular challenge but with a medieval age of excellent conquest units such as the Bezerker and Longships and Normans can perhaps recreate the conquests of the North and in particular of much of Britain, N.France and Ireland and who knows what else.
5)Viking Longship unit.
It will be in

Just deciding on whether to use the "DYP" longship or the "AOK" longship.
6)Can the Celts if in the scenario please be in Scotland or Ireland?
Otherwise Europe has too many civs on the main continent.
Unlikely that I'll do this. I'd recommend people are selective in choosing the civs present in Europe or else it will be VERY crowded. Personnally I'd favour the Celts, Germans, Romans, Greeks. Why? Because as "peoples" they did spawn the other civs to some extend, pity civ3 can't recreate such things in a "History of the World" type fashion.
7)More recources?
OH YES!
8)Try to keep it a bit simple not too drastic and big if u can make it smaller, let it evolve on itself, thanks.
TRICKY!
Well this is by far the best mod.

Thanks Kitten
