Civ4 + Win7_64bit = Not working?

Good morning everyone

Well, since this Week i have installed Windows 7 (64bit, German, Home Premium). Everything works good sofar (EverQuest II, Lord of the Rings Online and other stuff), but... Civilization 4 (German, latest Patch from your Website, no Expansion).

this error usually occurs when some code from directx9c is missing...

did you install with admin rights?
"latest patch" means 1,74?
