Sigh...$20 spent on the strat guide for nothing now this. 2K crack me up. There'll be demo, no there won't (til release). Secret unit...is something you've known about all along. BOOM - here, have the manual (no warning at all).
Wait, are you saying the secret unit is in the manual?

Just noticed, the culture bomb is now called exactly that - Culture Bomb.

It looks like they changed Manifest Destiny in one of the first screenshots. "Units spend only 1 Movement Point when moving into a tile next to a River. 25% faster border growth from Culture."

Right click and select save as.
Look at the bottome left corner. Does is say someting % complete? Close your screen, go back to the link, Right Click on it, then choose, "Save As" and save to your desk top or where else you save internt files.
It takes way too long if you click on the link directly.

Now I can finally view it in the steam community web browser while playing Civ5.
If the pdf works in the browser, haven't tried yet. Adobe will probably screw up, I hate adobe.
EDIT: I really hope the other map types being added in after publication are not going to cost money, because that would stupid and insulting. I hate dlc.
I do, however, quite like the manual. Fallout is an anti-feature xD

Thank you kindly for posting this 2kGreg. As promised the manual looks fantastic; me thinks I'll be spending all of tonight looking it over.
It reminds me of when I got Civ II back in 97'. I didn't even have a computer that could even come close to running it, yet I poured over that manual for weeks it seemed. Good times. Might have to order another Manual off of Ebay for ol' times sakes.

I'm a little sad that there are only 7 natural wonders (no Grand Canyon?!) and that there are a few missing wonders - Hollywood, Rock n Roll, Parthenon, Three Gorges Dam, Spiral Minaret, etc. I wonder if these will be added into the game in the form of free DLC
