The Boeing AH-64 Apache is a four-blade, twin-engine attack helicopter with a tailwheel-type landing gear arrangement, and a tandem cockpit for a two-man crew. Originally, the Apache started life as the Model 77 developed by Hughes Helicopters for the United States Army's Advanced Attack Helicopter program to replace the AH-1 Cobra, and was first flown on 30 September 1975. The AH-64 was introduced to U.S. Army service in April 1986.

6 Skins are included, 1 each for the United Kingdom, Greece, Israel, Japan, US and team color. A quick note - Kuwait, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the UAE all use the Apache and their colors match those of the US. You could use the US skin to represent either of those nations.

To use the AH64 Apache, copy the folder of the skin you want to use into your mod, but make sure you add the 'AH64SREF.dds' file as well!

Only one copy of 'AH64SREF.dds' is needed for your mod.

Also it seems to be missing the Radome to make it a true AH-64D. Is this the A variant you are releasing ?

Yes for both. I have the AH-1 and AH-64D (Longbow) planned, not sure when I'll get to them though. After the OH-58 Kiowa, there should be plenty of gunships out there. I think I'm going to go for some other class of unit next, though I haven't decided which one.

The Eurocopter Tigre, some strike fighters (Mirage 2000, Phantom, Tornado).
The Rafale
Typhoon and Ohio SSBNs.
Some modern soldiers and commandos.
IFV : German Marder, French VAB or AMX 10-P, British Warrior
AMX Leclerc, AMX Pluton and the Topol M

I think the default nuclear submarine graphic is the Ohio Class. According to this, the nuclear submarine resembles it a lot.

Also, I do remember a Typhoon Class in the Civilization IV graphics download area, so I guess that can be made next.

Indeed. Besides, the British Astute class might be a more rewarding graphic to create/port over from Civ4. It has a distinct hull shape after the con tower.

Sorry to disappoint, but another modern armor is up next... the T-55. I redid the model somewhat from my old civ4 one and am making all new skins. The preview below is the Iraq skin that's 90% done. I have finished the model/skins for the OH-58 Kiowa but found it doesn't match up well to the gunship template. It'll take me some time to animate and I'll probably get to it later.

For attack helicopters, how about that 'Eurocopter' "Tiger"? It's actually what we use here in Australia (thanks to our connection with the U.K. no doubt).
