School and libraries have Internet access, at least in Britain we do...not to mention Internet Cafes or bumming a connection off a friend

At least the Internet is cheap nowadays, the trouble me and my brother got for running up some truely epic telephone bills in the day of 1p per minute...oh, so quickly adds up to £100ssssss.
