But sadly Ming you are right, a PBEM froum this seems to be. There are alot of people out there who want to play, but are either intimidated or just can't find the few remaining Civ MPers.
I have played quite a few people from the list here, but others I have not seen at all since adding them to my ICQ.
I have been directing most traffic to Apolyton MP forums though, for the experience level there alone. (And the fact that it is not awash in PBEM games
)
There USED to be a list out, but it is so old now that many people on it don't play anymore.

I think a few people know me already and this is a good opportunity to introduce myself to this community as a new Civfanatic. I'am always available for games. As I'm an information scientist I'm also able to play games at work (yeah I know we computer guys always hang around chatting and playing
My first experiences in this type of game I gained in substituting other people therefore I fear that sooner or later I would get the reputation of a substituting player
In reading the various posts I get the impression that you're a collection of funny civgamers around the world. I think this is the true purpose of the internet to bring the people around the globe togehter and they are having a good time here. I would like to contribute my part so Civ-PBEM will live forever and this forum remain as a place were everybody can join and can test their civ-skills with other gamers cause it is much more fun in defeating a human than the dump AI. (Now I'm expecting cheers and your agreement

(I work 11pm-8am EDT) I strongly suggest Trillian instead of just limiting yourself to just ICQ. I used to say ICQ all the way but Trillian allows you to speak to people that refuse to change (like family memebers!).
