A quick attempt at a purple ring overlay for civics, hopefully useful for custom civilization modders. It 99% looks like the real deal, I've included the cult_unknown image if anyone feels like taking their own stab at it.
That out of the way, just boosh a white on black icon in the icon mask and fill the icon and fill layers with your desired color combo. Or go wild and use a full color image, sky's the limit.
