Hi, a few things from my perspective.
1- 720 is very faint for me and hard to see things at a glance.
2- the dialog that is not germane to the game is distracting. I would prefer to hear you put in something about what is going on in the game.
Does not have to be a running comment, something about what you are doing.

I know some people hate to do it, others are good at. Two that come to mind are Suede and Sulla thought Sulla does Civ3 infrequently.
