Civilization 3 Gold issues,please help

Trying to install Civ3Gold on here,and it will not work.

First issue:


Second issue:



I have no ideas on what to do.

Computer specs:
Windows XP
2.8 Ghz
512 MB Ram
128 MB NVIDIA 5200 video card.

I used to have the original Civ3,and it played fine on here.

I got the second error on another computer that is running Windows Vista.

So, I installed it, and then well...

e-mailed SecuROM about it on 19 October, they replied, I replied to that...Nothing......Anybody able to help with this???

Specs.

XP, current
Athlon64, 1.81Ghz
1GB RAM
250 GB total HD, more than reasonable available
Nvidea 6200, PCI-E 16x
Soundblaster Live! 24-bit...

Any ideas, anybody

Well,I got the two PTW patches on the site here,the UK and US versions.

Now it wants the PTW CD.

I think it's beginning to be more trouble than it's worth.

I'm giving up on this too,I've tried about everything. Civ3Gold is going into the garbage.

I have regular Civ3 and Civ3 Conquests on the way via Amazon(I figure if Conquests doesn't work eiether,I'll still have regular Civ3 to play).

Civ4 Gold might go into the trash too.

Oh, I know its beginning to become far more trouble than its worth...But I paid 10 bucks for it, lost my reciept, and have very little fluid assets...I'm not going to give up on this.......Dang....If only somebody else would come here and drop a hint on this..........

Do you still have your Civ3Gold disc???

If you do please insert it in your CD drive and tell me if it has the file SECDRV on it. IF it does please tell me, I think that that may be the problem, missing that file.

Hmmmm....Mine doesn't either, I'll get on the horn with tech support and find out if its supposed to.
