I've seen the other Smileys around and sort of wondered why we didn’t have one of our own. I applaud your effort but here in the civfanatics sub basement there are many flavors of CIV

I suggest that you make as series of flashing gif's sort of on this idea or some other way to distinguish between the different varieties of CIV 1
