Civilization .ini files, Can anyone point to Documentation??

Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction for finding out about the parameters, their allowed values and what the parameter controls. I would love to have this information for all flavors of both 4 and 5.

What exactly are you looking for?
Because 1/3 of the options should be self-explanatory, 1/3 of the others is mostly for modders, and the rest is either useless or unknown ^^.
