Civilization of the month (October 2004)

We see the Ottomans as Civilization of September and the first winners of this little competition. How will they do this month?

Having three civs on the fifth place there will be 7 instead of 5 civs which can be voted for without going to the waiting list. Further I decided to give the Incans their nexst chance already this month, just in order to see which effect the GOTM has on voting.
This means that we have only 7 newcommers in this month competition and the fans of Zulu, Arabia, Egypt, Scandinavia, Byzantines, Portugal, England, Carthage and Mongols still have to wait.
