Ok I'm going to put my William Wallace Scotland oh hold in favor of a Sultanate of Rum civ. He's what I've come up with while waiting for the doctor today.
Leader: Kayqubad I
UA: Haven't thought of one I may do something along the lines of trade and military expansion since that what the Sultanate did during most of it's existence. Especially under Kaykhusraw I, Kaykaus I and Kayqubad I which are considered the best of the Sultans of Rum. Speaking of specialties this leads me to my next point.
UB/UU: Not quite sure yet either I might do a caravansary replacement since the Sultanate had set up a system of caravansaries through out the Sultanate called Caravanserai (Turkish for caransary)
Capital: Konya
Civ Emblem: No doubt this https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipe.../Seljuqs_Eagle.svg/85px-Seljuqs_Eagle.svg.png What colours though I haven't decided.
That's what I've come up with in about two hours. Suggestions and comments are welcomed. For now I'm going to do some more research, and eating sundaes.
