Civilization Request Thread

Defensive building for an offensive civ? Why? Also, this is a very specific bonus.
UA.... Is interesting, though you might wanna make the production boost a bit larger(it is a one city civ).

"Trojan horse wasn't used for siege" - Read Pausanias "Description of Greece" and study history...

I suppose, in Monkeyman's defense, the Trojan War kinda blurs the line between history and myth, granted I do believe that the War actually happened (as is most other stories from myth had to come from somewhere after all.)

Didn't they find evidence that the war happened but the Trojan horse was fake and the war exaggerated for story telling purposes?
 
Bah I still don't get why we don't have a big fancy Pueblo by anyone yet. There's like one on the Steam Workshop but it's fairly simple. And the entire issue with them not in the base game was entirely because the Pueblo don't want their language recorded, it had nothing to do with depicting their leader or anything like that as most seem to believe.

I think calling the Pueblo a blob civ is stretching the definition a little bit here. I think if a pueblo civ were to be made very few people angrily demanding it be split into Hopi and Zuni so I doubt thats any real reason its not been done - if you want to break them all down as far as possible then every civ is technically a blob civ. (trust me)
 
That case can be made, but the Pueblo aren't even a distinct cultural group - it's just a term outsiders have made to identify different people with a similar housing style. Puebloans don't even all speak languages from the same language group, have different religious traditions, and view each other as separate peoples.

That's way too generic. "Mud and stone architecture"? "Mud house"?

Bracken why do you bother posting here if you just get ridiculously salty and defensive every time someone tries to discuss your designs? Aren't there more private places you could post that would prevent people challenging your ideas? Like, I dunno, microsoft word?
