Civilization V: Complete Edition not loading Brave New World

Ok I bought the Complete Edition yesterday and tried to install it. Previously I had bought G&K but I uninstalled it before installing the CE. The installation went well and it seemed everything installed fine. I start the game and only G&K shows up. None of the content from BNW was there. So I ended up uninstalling/ installing 4 TIMES and still no luck with BNW.

Does anyone else know what's going on here?

I tried contacting Steam but they haven't replied to me yet.

On the main menu, where you can select the DLC button, what shows up when you click that button? In particular, which DLCs (G&K and BNW are DLCs for purposes of this menu) are checked as "live"?

I have G&K and all of the DLC except BNW. I have absolutely no content from BNW.

I don't know what the heck is going wrong.

I bought it from Best Buy and it came in a box. Oddly enough, I never was asked to enter a code. It just went straight into installing the game. Do I need a code? If so how do I enter it?

Edit: btw, I do actually have code

Nevermind, I figured it out. I had to go into steam and put in the product code myself since the installation setup didn't prompt me to do it.

Yes, that's it, unless you enter the new code it just installs the game for the code you already have!

After re-installing twice I scratched my head for a while trying to figure it out - surprised it doesn't prompt for the new code. Added code and now waiting for the one hour download to complete!

I have similar problem. Before I used G&K game with no issues, now I tried BNW and everything is OK until game is loaded, then game will crash... Is BNW more demanging on HW?
