Civs with same colors?

Anyone care to explain why this would happen? Playing as Russia I've noticed Persia and Siam's colors are now very similar; Primary yellow and secondary black. It's a slightly different shade of yellow but still very confusing. All other civs that I've met while playing v123 have retained their colors. I'm looking through the XML files to see if there was a change somewhere but can't seem to find a place where civ colors are stored.

So... i'm scratching my head over here.

Is there 2 Siam players on the map? I know that when there are 2 Englands, the second player's color becomes purple/yellow (like Rome) to avoid confusion.

Probably 2 civs of the same "race" (too many space 4x games lol!) on the map. I dont understand why Firaxis never allowed us to simply choose our primary and secondary color on the game setup screen, the game can obviously handle it.

I think color selection would require access to the game core code.
