[Civup v2.3] Purchase cost and missing unit icon

This version actually worked pretty well for me, this version might soon be ready for use in Hall of Fame or GOTM play, what do you think?
Do you guys know, if there is something on the way to make a mod for improved un-replayable competitive games? This mod should definitely be in there.

Some minor bugs I found:
-the purchase cost for some items is still in the old scale, see screenshot for an example (I dont remember the others)
-Sometimes I found that the icon for an enemy unit was missing
-You renamed the musketman to Arquebusier and moved the other names up the tech tree. I think I've read that that's intended. Was that also intended for CivUP only use?

I think it might be possible to do competitive games now that we have access to the game core. I haven't investigated it yet.

I'm aware of the purchase cost and unit icon issues, and working on figuring those out.

I believe the new unit names are more realistic than their old counterparts. Civup includes parts of the project which do not change gameplay, like unit names.
