- Yes
- No
- Abstain

Note: This is a Constitutional Ammendment and, as such, needs votes equal to at least 2/3 of the census to be considered valid.

Yay, first vote. It's about time we got around to doing this. Vote Yes, to clarification in the constitution.

Is this poll valid?

The Public Defender didn't rule on DG5JR30 yet. Though there already is a majority opinion of the Term 5 Court, I would wait with this poll untill the Public Defender has also ruled on the amendment. This is quite an insult towards the office of the Public Defender.

I apologize if there is any insult felt towards Justice Ravansfire. I was simply going under the advice (which perhaps I misinterpreted) of the Judge Advocate..

I find the modifacations to article D do not conflict with any other laws and may move onto polling.

There was already a majority decision at the time that I posted this poll. But if it is, in fact, invalid I would ask that it be taken down as soon as possible. I certainly wouldn't want to infringe on the rights of the Judiciary.

Now that all three Justices have voted in favor of polling this proposal, may we consider this poll valid? We've yet to reach the required number of voters to make this official, and it would be a shame if this proposal failed because people were worried about whether this poll was constitutional or not.

No offense, Ash, but let's do this right, and not give anyone something to hang a JR on. It's going to delay things a day, maybe two, but it's done right.

Erm, I'm sure you misquoted, but you meant Black_Hole right? I'm CIA, not Judiciary.

Well, I certainly did a piss-poor job this poll. You're exactly right, blackheart.

I thought I was seeing double. :crazyeye:

You did a great job on the poll, Ash. Just missed a minor detail or two.

Everyone make sure to vote in the poll posted by CJ mhcarver. this poll is invalid.

Right about what?... This poll wasn't bad. Just pointing out the fact that in the quote in post #4 it says Blackheart. Now I don't remember ever saying that or being a judiciary, but of course I would have amnesia :ack:

Nope! Anything but - you were (and are) an eager citizen, wanting to see a change go through. Much applause and thanks for that!
