Clarify for me this question..

I was reading the thread on strategic resources. Now here is my question. I have an Iron Mine inside my area of influence here at my capital.

Do resources have quantities now (like Civ 5)? Or is it just iron?

If I have one iron mine in my AoI and I build an encampment can I build 'any' number of swordsmen or only one swordsman per resource mined (like Civ 5)?

1 Iron mine= any number of swordsmen built from an encampment
2 Iron mines=any number of swordsmen built anywhere
3+ Iron mines, you can sell it
