Article L
A majority of the votes in a poll lasting minimum 48 hours is required
to amend the Code of Laws.
§1. The poll must also recieve a number of votes equal to or
greater than half of the active Assembly.

I only need the poll to get a majority of Fanatica to vote in it, not nessosaraly all yes vote. I jsut need a simple majority of yes votes.

Your "Yes" option needed a majority of the active assembly to vote for it, in order for your ammendement to pass.

You did not receive that, therefore it does not pass.

Your proposed changes include changes to an Article F. The Code of Laws does not contain any Article F. The Constitution does. Therefore this looks like a change to the Constitution and not to the Code of Laws.

You have mixed the two together. I suggest that if you want this to pass you make a new poll where you edit it to either be about the Constitution or the Code of Laws.
