The ACC boring? They've got three teams in the top ten and five in the top twenty-five. That's better than everyone but the SEC . . .

EDIT: Of course, the ACC does actually play defense, if that's what you meant . . .

The ACC is not boring but Miami, FSU, Va Tech games just don't get me as excited as an Ohio State, Texas, LSU, Tennessee, Michigan game would. Don't know why, perhaps it has to do with the history of these programs (although Miami has been a fantastic team over the past 2 decades).

Christ Cal lost as well? I thought they were cruising last i saw. Well Ohio State had a legimate chance at the championship game (even with 1 loss) but now I'm hoping for a major bowl (which seems more and more unlikely).

I don't know why I'm even reading this. Crap that Texas game broke my heart, this one broke every bone in my body.

I'll eat my crow. Unbelievable. I got back from Knoxville late last night after a long long day of tailgating with Georgia and UT fans alike. Then I found out that The Penn State University won. What a crazy day. Glad Im not gambling...

The Big10 is a safe haven for mentally challenged refs. You should have watched the Michigan game. The refs called the biggest bs calls, cost us points, gave us BS penalties, and cost us the game, the season, our confidence, and our hopes of a Big10 championship.
What a crappy weakend. Michigan lost, Cal lost (i have like 3 classes with a huge Bruins fan), USC won, Virginia lost, there's that Pakistan earthquake, and Iowa won. Horrible weekend.

Well, somehow it hasn't been a good week for any of us...which doesn't make a whole lot of sense...

If there's anything the Red Sox taught me, though, there's always next week, it's a long season, and...

Notre Dame exposes USC (don't worry, they'll probably still be AP Champs )
LSU trounces Florida.
Then the battle royale between OSU and Michigan State.

Yeah Florida and Miami are overrated. Looks like Georgia has got the SEC although it would be fun to see them play Alabama.

I wouldn't call the SEC finished. Auburn is going to give someone (I'm betting on Alabama or Georgia) a loss. The later you play Auburn the worse off you are. They're coming together as a team. Of course, LSU is going to get to Alabama first and that will be a good game. I think SEC West is still a little unsettled, and I think the winner could have a real chance against SEC East.

I also think USC is going to end up wishing that the Pac-10 had a championship game as an ACC or SEC Champ gets the one-up on them, especially if the Champ goes undefeated. (Assuming as I do that ND will beat USC)
