Treaty signed. These are the terms, which France and England urge their allies to observe as well:
1) England and France, and all other nations allied to either of us, refrain from occupying the Irish Cities of Cork, Sligo and Lisburn.
2) England sends no units, including Hunters and Colonists, north of the St. Lawrence waterway or Lakes Ontario and Erie. Neither will they venture east of Lake Huron.
3) No other parts of the New World are affected.
This treaty to be observed at mutual convenience, but one full year's notice (2 turns) to be given by either party of their intention to cease such observation.
