After upgrading my video card a few days ago, the game has been running smoothly, no problem at all, until now. This started yesterday and has showned up only a few times, see picture.
What i did to get rid of it is this:
-quicksave, just in case
-Ctrl + Esc to minimize Civ 4 (running in fullscreen mode)
-Restore (maximize it back)
bam! it's gone. I just wanted to add this to the list of problems with the game. Hopefully Firaxis will notice this and figure out why and how to fix it and add it to the patch.
