I was crazy enough to install the Windows 8.1 upgrade today 
and it killed Civ IV. Now, when I start a game, the red, green and blue color channels on the map and units don't line up. It's like trying to watch a 3D movie without glasses. The interface isn't split like that, but the colors aren't right. For example, the red end-your-turn button is purple. I've tried changing resolution and graphics quality and stuff like that, but no good. Has anyone else seen this bizarre problem? Tell me there's a solution. I need my Civ.
