So i want to create unit which receive + 5 strength when fighting against units of civilazation with more technologies and + 5 strength when fighting against units of civilazation with less Civics.
- So my questions are: Is it possible and if yes then
- Is it by creating custom requirement.
- Or with event combat (i assume this event fires before combat).
