EDIT - The light grey are tiles where a power line crosses tthe road. For crossing the river, try to put them near the middle.

Here's my addition: A hydroelectric power pyramid (made of diamond*, because diamonds are forever), topped with water pumps to shore up our low supply of fresh water. Beside the power and water, it also has a hospital, fire station, police station, many parks, and some industrial and residential areas, all of which are connected by subway.



* Diamond brand hydroelectric plants, constructed from the finest non-diamond building materials, using obsolete nuclear power plant cores for water sterilization. Patent pending.
