You can import yours poser models to 3D studio max??
If you can do that, you have to fix the animations to work on Civ 4, and export it.
Try this plug in o 3dmax to export your creations:

If you can get the models in max use the plugins from firaxis. They work more reliably than sourceforge plugins. I just use the sourceforge plugs for import. Send me a maxfile and I'll have a look at it.
