The JA position is not yet vacant, but it is subject to absenteeism. This vote is to confirm donsig as JA Pro Tem who will serve until such time as I retake responsibility within the Chief Justice office.

It is far better to have a third voice in the Judiciary, and donsig has the experience and communication skills needed for the job.

This poll requires a simple majority to pass, in accordance with Code of Laws, Section H.
