[CONFIRMED] Quest: Acclimation bugged, also small UI issue in Quest screen

First the simple one, bring up the Quest Log and the two Check Boxes at the top.. Show Failed and Show Completed Quests .. The logic is reversed on the Show Failed check.. If 'Show Failed' is checked, no failed quests are shown, if its unchecked, quests are shown.. Whereas if Show Completed is checked, Completed quests are actually shown (as you'd expect)

But more of a problem is:

The Acclimation Quest:

I received this quest fairly late in the game.. Finally researched the tech required to build a Microbial Mine, Purchased (rather than built) the Microbial Mine, immediately (rather than next turn) got an indicator saying that I had new News in the Quest Log..

When I clicked on the indicator, quest log came up and under the Acclimation heading I had a checkmarked "Build a Microbial Mine Building in Saria" as I expected.. and then at least 30 identical already checkmarked notifications of "Build 2 Xenonursery buildings (2 built)" .. as each of my 4 or 5 towns already has had a xenonursery for quite some time..

save is attached.. sorry, no save from beforehand as.. well, I just havent been saving very often and played for a while after the bug occuring..

I also had the same "Acclimation" quest problem with my game. Same version (1.0.0.574).

I have the save file several turns (turn 200) before it happened so I reloaded and tried to reproduce it. The bug happened regardless of whether I buy (turn 211) or build (turn 216) the microbial mine. I've attached all the save files before it happened. I didn't get any harmony related quests afterwards throughout the game (if there's any).

Plus, the "Cultural Burden" quest bug mentioned in this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=536368) is in this game too. So hopefully these files will help with both bug reports

So i was just playing through on my game and ran into this problem. I built Xenonursery buildings in a city that didn't have one and sold and re-bought it in another and that resolved the quest. Very temporary solution but at least there is a work around.
