Let the party begin! [party]

Although, it's gonna be in Apolyton's chatroom (apolyton.net 6667 --> #apolyton ), but we can celebrate in #civfanatics (irc.irc-chat.net 6667), too.

BTW, I may keep this thread up for a while so that the ROW group (Rest of the World) can see what's there until about mid-November.

Worker Actions
Barricades: Extensions to existing fortifications that create a Zone of Control. Barricades double the dfensive bonuses of Fortresses and also stop any unit from being able to move past the barricades until the next turn. You must have a fortification in place to build a barricade.

Clear Wetlands: Pressing [Shift][C] or clicking on this Advanced Unit button will clear marshland terrain. You must research Tech to have this ability Pressing [Shift][W] will automate a unit to clear wetlands.

Clear Damage: Pressing [Shift][C] or clicking on this Advanced Unit button will set your worker to the task of cleaning up damaged terrain tiles. Damage occurs when volcanoes erupt or when factories wastes become excessive. Bombardment of terrain can also cause craters that can be cleaned with this command. Pressing [Shift][D] will automate a unit to clear damage.

Tourist Attractions
Great Wonders of the World can become tourist attractions, which generate additional commerce for the city in which they were built. Great Wonders do not begin to draw tourists until the Wonders are at least 1,000 years old.

What kind of terrain become after they clear it : Lake or Grasland?

I ask that couse I read earlier that swamp tile can have "fish" as recourse. It was kind of silly if you clear swamp and fish stay on dry land :D . Maybe they change that or I didn't understand that clearly. Or they learn workers to swim.;)

Of course people make lakes in such case in real life, but it's only a game:)

Good point re: Fish, I hadn't thought of that.
I guess either way theres going to be an oddity here.

From the readme:

No plague or volcanic eruption in MPP.

ARMIES:
"Blitz"
+1 move
faster healing

Captured workers have different unit art than regular workers.

PtW save files *should* load into C3C but it is not recommended that you try/do so. Old "vanilla" Civ3 files can't be loaded by C3C directly, but you can try going through PtW first and get to C3C that way. Supposed to work, but they don't sound too certain.

I doubt it. Sine you won't even be able to trade maps or communications until the late middle ages I think the games will generally be slower in progression.
