I downloaded the template to take a look. The text has been rasterized and is white. However you can use layer styles in photosphop to change the color. Or select the rasterized text and fill it with a new color. While we're still on the subject, when I downloaded the template, all the text was white. I opened it in the GIMP, but I don't think that would cause a problem.
Anybody else encounter this issue?
It is meant to be that way from looking at the template in photoshop. It was for me too, but I just thought it was supposed to be that way. I'd probably change the color anyway. . . .
This template does not use any masks, I'm not sure what you are talking about. I made an updated title screen template awhile ago that has the text in the colors from C3C. Also the text is not rasterized and the O in Civilization is offset. If anyone wants it let me know, but be aware it is a psd. I added it to the download database. TemplateI worked with it in GIMP & don't remember a problem. Some of the text has a separate layer as a mask & I think some of that was white. Is it possible you just had a lower layer out of sequence?
