i think what youve put about defensive pacts is perfectly ok i think open borders should also require a majority as well

Ok, sorry i missed that because it goes from IV 9 in one draft to IV 8 in the second. As for defensive pacts and open borders ect, the foreign minister should hold that discussion and poll with simple majority winning.

just thought you should realize that i voted for Defense minister to start the game with, and that makes it 5/9 votes for defense minister. i think it goes into the constitution based on that. btw, it looks pretty good so far.

Go ahead and poll it..make the poll last for at least 1 day passed the weekend..

Looks like we will be on schedule for elections starting some time next week if the constitutions passes. Which will put us good to go for a March 15th start.
