I still have a problem- how do I get rid of the pink light on his face? I tried everything already in Nifskope, and I have no idea what to do!

you tried the material properties and the lighting? what bg are you using (it might have something casting a light)

I believe I did... I don't know. I did change the background. I'll try it with the old background and tell you what happens.

EDIT: The problem occurs with veBear's original BG too, so it is probably not the problem.

veBear, please pay attention next time you upload a LH- make sure everything works correctly and, most important- that you have all the files.
Here are the three files Baibars was missing:
1. alexander_greeting.kf- without it there are no animations
2. alexander_bg.nif- correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a must have too, no?
3. alexander_spec.dds- without this file you get those pink dots on his face

I believe this is all you need to update the LH.

Ekmek, read the previous post. I found the problem already.

Hey veBear!
I don't want to rush you or anything, it's not urgent at all, I'm just curious.
How is Gerharsen coming?

This is the one i'm redoing for nitram, the other one i will finish afterwords. I's just that i'm a bit slow on the lh making front :)

What is the point of making two Gerhardsens? Especially one right after the other, and especially considering one is superior to the other?

I don't really get that either.
Make a really good Gerhardsen LH by improving the one which is better, and give credit to Nitram, because he helped you by making a second WIP, so now u have two bases to work with...
I think that's have to be good for everyone!

Still doing both Gerhardsens? :)

Yes, i still am... and i'm doing a canute at the same time :)

I knew it'll be a matter of time until somebody says "I don't want to use Beowulf as Canute". We'll see what you can make!
