Cool new features!!!

I must say I really like the new features in the GotM Hall of Fame - even though it looks a bit crowded in my box

This gives players the opportunity to play the kind of game they like and still compete with others that play like them - now all the guys who want an early finish can play to reach that instead of only grumbling about how they scoring system only favorers those that micromanage their cities forever!!!

Hats off for Matrix and TF, I love it and you did good guys!!

BTW green guys - watch out, I might start to go for the star from mow on!!!



Hmmm now we can really talk about the Blue, Green and Red factions in the GotM!!!

Well, thank you shadowdale. Although I don't know whether I deserve the credit because this should have been there from the very start. And also because it isn't even that much trouble. But nevertheless, it's here.

By the way, if some computer-art-designer is able to make better looking stars, be my guest. <IMG SRC="http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/wink.gif" border=0> I'm not really satisfied about it.

I love it too, even though my box is (yet ) uncrowded. The best part of the medals is it gives us different objectives to play for now and then, in order to collect new ones. I know I'll be going for a fast-finish 'badge' soon.

How about adding an OCC medal too?

Anyway, there has only been one person in all the GOTM's together who had but one city, so I don't think that's fair...

What I'm saying is that something like the OCC can be a 'bonus challenge' you or Thunderfall can make now and then when you announce the GOTM. Or any other challenge at your discretion, like: "This month we'll be giving a 'special objective' medal to the person who gets the biggest, earliest city" Or the largest military. Or most cities by 0ad. Or whatever really. (We'd need to submit an extra savegame to be eligible.)

OR: (This one's good<IMG SRC="http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif" border=0>) How about the Thunderfall Trophy for best timeline each month? THat will certainly encourage people to get some stories and tales out, which hasn't been happening as much as we'd hoped at the start of the GOTM. (Ok, I'm guilty of that too )
