What is the best method for dealing with Corruption?
I'm playing C3C v1.15.
So far, my method has been to build courthouses and police stations in the outlying cities. I also build a Forbidden Palace.
I'm wondering when you should build the courthouse and when you should build the police station?
How much waste and corruption should be in a city before you build a courthouse and/or police station?
Where should you physically build your FP, or does it no longer matter? From what I gather, you should build the FP in a corrupted city, but not too corrupted so that you can build it in an acceptable timeframe.
Your thoughts?
