Crash after click on "Declare War"

Hello,

I installed into my PC new graphic card GTX 780. Game start crashing when I am trying declare war throw Diplomacy View on William. System and game was completely reinstall. I verified local cache in Steam.

If I let to open MS Visual Studio for handling exception, there is in Call stack location: CvGameCore_Expansion2.dll!266bf60d().

I'm not using any mods. I'm playing on single monitor.

I'm sending savegame where this error occurs.

I tried one move wait for example, but nothing helps.

You probably are declaring war on Ghandi and he found away to nuke your hardware for a change!

Your game also crashes for me when I try to DoW William via the diplomacy screen. I'm attaching the crash dump file (zipped) and my DxDiag in case 2K wants to look at this.

I'm getting a crash in the industrail age whenever I declare war on an other civ...
