I was able to play Civ 5 a week ago, but now nothing is working on it. When I try to launch the game in Dx11 mode, it tries to launch but comes up with a crash error. Launching in Dx9 mode just refuses to try and launch.
I've verified my files, but there was nothing wrong with them. I've tried deleting my cache and modData folder to see if that was in some wierd way affecting it, but still nothing. I haven't updated/changed any drivers since i played last so i doubt that's it.
When looking on the civ V official forums people are saying that there is some patch from steam or something. Anyone else having problems?
EDIT: Turns out that all i needed to do was restart steam to get it working again. I hate when this happens.
