Crash when declaring war.

The last two times declaring war on Bodica. I just get a game stops working error.

It is around turn 177. I own both G&K and BNW updared on new computer and fresh install of both Windows 8.1 and Civ5. I'm also plating on tablet, HP X630 13Z, the AMD version.

Seems okay otherwise. Although I had the touchscreen click through the game once and try starting this game again. I got an error of this game already running.

This time i declared war when Bodica was suspicious of me (I saved game the previous turn or two) and it did crash this time. Only when I declared war after her suspicious message did it crash.

However, when I captured her final, second, city it crashed to desktop again.

Is there a certain log file I can post for inspection? I see several log files in the log folder. I see no error log, so I'm unsure which file would be the proper one.

Any other files that would be helpful?
