Crashing...

[Slaughter]

I'm having two problems with my civ. It just random locks my PC for no reason while I'm choosing civs. Or it just crashes to desktop while playing.
Someone know what's happening? Someone can help me, please?

My Computer:
Pentium 3.0
GeForce 128RAM 6200 Turbocache
RAM: 1024 GB


My old processor and video card had no problems with civilization. And it seems that Civilization III have quite some few problems with NVIDIA products. So... someone know what's happening?
